Ocean Soleview Hotel - Incheon

Expected some high-class treatment, but all I got was a broken TV and phone that took forever to answer. Absolutely no shuttle, which I thought would be a given. I even thought about giving a good review but then realized I should've received a complimentary upgrade for all my trouble. A true oversight on their part.

Booked a room with magnificent views of the ocean. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and there were a microwave, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator. The location was fantastic and the free parking was onsite. Helpful staff suggested restaurants.

Set in a marvellous location nearby a bus stop. Pretty comfortable area and great views.

Amazing views, but check-in hassle

The half ocean view from my room was nice, especially while sipping coffee on the terrace. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was commendable.

Unfortunately, the check-in process was quite frustrating due to limited staff presence after hours. I struggled with using the kiosk, and communication could have been clearer regarding shuttle services.

Man, the view from the terrace had me feelin' good, sippin' coffee while watchin' the ocean. Room was clean but it got hot at night, ain't no clear instructions on the temp control. They need more help at the front desk, I was lost with that kiosk- took me ages to check in.

The smoked salmon bagels nearby were a total game-changer for breakfast! Plus, the ocean view from our room was a sight to behold, and the cleanliness of everything was on point.

The shuttle driver was a few minutes late. We had a leisurely start, but it could've been tricky for an earlier flight. At 6 AM, there was no one at the counter, but we made it all work!

Check-in was frustrating without staff around, and communication about the shuttle bus was unclear. After several attempts to reach someone, I found out it wasn't operating, which led to needing an unexpected taxi ride. I encountered delays when trying to get assistance, with multiple attempts necessary to connect with someone.

Stayed 4 nights in the Beautiful Twin with Terrace. The balcony was everything! Coffee in the morning with that fine view was a highlight. The beds were super comfy, and the place was really clean. Plus, tons of great restaurants nearby, and having a 7-11 close was a game changer. The nightlife was lively too-lots of fun things to do in the area!

The location was superb, with fine water views from our balcony. The room was impeccably clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was super clean. The self-serve coffee machine in the lobby was a nice touch, and the check-in and check-out process was convenient with the kiosk and telephone assistance available. There were plenty of local restaurants within walking distance, with dining options.

This place is super convenient being so close to the airport, making it easy to get around. Plus, it's near the beaches here. 🌊 Also, the room had satellite TV, climate control, and even a microwave, which was really handy.

Had a great view of the sea from my room and loved the fresh ocean air on the balcony. the room was clean and comfy, with a big bed. Located near Incheon airport, this hotel offers good value for the price.

The TV didn't work, and the heating was slow. No staff available for questions, had to figure everything out on my own.
